Hmm might be a bad place for oyu...just saw you have a stick...some people mount it on the side of the cupholders, beneath your seat, where an OHC would go, custom mounts on the middle...

I mounted mine where the OHC goes typically, its the best place i found because of the 5 speed. keeps it out of the way and in reach when you need it. easy to mount there also.

In my truck, I tool out the big old AM FM Tape and stacked my CB on top of my CD player. Both fit in the hole, and a little foam fills out the space.

This is how I finally decided to mount my CB, I've been debating on where to put it for a while and this seems like a good place. Its the Cobra 75wx st if u wanted to know, and i mounted the remote box under the dash below the light switch. I just got a cobra magnetic mount antenna for now, im thinking of making a light bar for the roof and mounting the cb and scanner antennas on that.

I mounted mine IN my center Console. I put in an Explorer center console and my CB fits in where the Kleenex holder goes. I flopped it around do the Speaker is facing the opening. Works Great and Is out of the way.
