Manual to Power Lock Wiring for Stock Equipment?

I did the manual to power conversion ('01) and everything works great, except the locks. I used stock everything from a donor vehicle. I didn't get the security module thing behind he airbag. I wired them using two dpdt relays per the diagram...

When I hit the lock switch it sounds like it wants to go and moves a little bit but acts like it doesn't have enough power to move the actuator. I tested the hot and it is 13+ volts at all the terminals its suppose to be and at the switch. Any ideas??

The actuator is probably bad.

I searched for a “How-To” but couldn’t find one that really spelled out what to do.
IAnyone do the manual to power lock mod and have all of the wiring written down ?

thanks
