was just wondering if 2005 mustang seats will in a ranger with center console?

 

Older seats, pre-2000, would come apart so you could swap tracks easier.

Not so on the 2000+ seats, tracks are welded to the seat bottoms, but can be cut off.
Width-wise you should be fine, i.e. the center console
But Mustang seat tracks will be too low for use in a Ranger so you need the Ranger tracks.
And not sure if their track widths are the same any more, they used to be, you will need to get the tape measure out
