i was in my local kragen the other day just browsing the shelfs when i noticed a few 18" neon light that plug into a 12v power source, so i got to thinking and my question is how hard would it be to install two of these lights under the dash and hard-wire it into my 12v power source? will they both run of 1 source without much power loss? and stay bright?

i put a 12" neon under each side of the dash... spliced the wires together, used the switched power from the radio to a switch. Ground and you're done. i believe there was a write up somewhere on here or RPS about this.
