Yes it will. I have a 3" body lift with mine in, and it is just a little low, that is all. I am going to make an extender though, so it will raise the shifter arm a couple inches and move it towards me a little.

It will work with a body lift as in it won't hit the floorboard like a stock shifter does. It will be way to short for comfort though. Making an adapter is easy. It's just 4 holes to drill. 2 to mount to the guts and 2 more higher ones for the rod. My cheap milling machine is currently broke so I removed the listing for the adapter.

On my truck I made one that is 5" tall. 3" for the body lift and another 2" cause the Hurst is a little shorter than the stock rod.

ok one more question, what are the down sides of the hurst, i heard they seal up 2 good and when the transmission warms up it builts up pressure and causes problems. with learking fluid and other stuff. I read that on ranger power sports

they make noises because unlike stock its just a solid metal.. stock shifters have insolation on the inside of it...

and yes the gasket sucks *** on the hurst. there is a how too over there to make a better one...

and IMO.. its to short.. but you can order the longer arm...
