I have seen some Rangers w/5-sp that have a plastic electronics cover in front of the shift and it does not have any coffee cup holders attached.

My shift/boot is attached to a plastic cover that also covers the electronics pack and has the coffee.

I want to eliminate the Cup holders and the portion that goes around the shifter.
But can’t find out what the name of the Plastic Electronics Cover is and/or a Ford part number, can anyone assist here ?

Are you referring to the RCM?

 

IDK… I was told somewhere that it has to do with the seat belts.
