Just got my first truck, which so happens to be a Ranger, after flipping my Explorer while trying to miss a dog.

Explorers and Rangers are very similar, the explorer V8 into a Ranger is a popular swap

Also seats and overhead console swaps

 

Unfortunately I lost the car to insurance, but it is what it is. I already know this Ranger will be driven until it's dead before I get anything else. Only first full day with it, and I love it.

I saw another post of yours. I thought when you said flipped it. You fixed it up and sold it for a profit. So sorry you flipped in the air your Explorer. Are you ok? Well now you are driving a tank. These little trucks are tuff stuff.
