Making the rear stiffer
Depends on what you want to do it for
If its a weight issue, i.e. when you have a load in the bed it sits too low or gets spongy, then yes, you would add an overload leaf to each side
If its an empty bed issue then adjustable shocks would help

Going to stiffer shocks can adversely affect the ride of your truck, adding Helper Spring can do the trick for loads, and then there is Air Bag Helpers.
As RonD asked, what are you actually doing ?

I'm only running a 4.5" lift and 33" hit, two inches of body lift might do it for 35" tires, but 37" tires... you have my attention.
It is just me, BUT I think you will get tired of the hard ride quickly, and if off-roading it will be fun with out any flex.
Anyway, I will be reading along with this Thread, I want to know how you end up doing this.

It sounds like you have very little clearance with the 37" tires and want to reduce the amount of movement of the axle to prevent rubbing on the tires. That will make the ride very rough but if that is what you want, I suggest going to add-a-leaf. It will stiffen the rear and lift it a little to give the tires more clearance.
That is not something I would do but it is your truck and your choice.

Thinking on it, what about an Air Bag System ?
As RonD said run higher rate springs !
Add additional Shocks !
Add more lift to keep the body off the tires, i.e. Springs for a higher lift !
As stated by another member, run helper spring, get a good set so when the Springs start to move downward with body roll then the helper springs will kick in and take the load and the body should stay away. Make sure the rate of the helpers is high enough to do the job.
On my next project I will be using Air Bag (AB) to take the load on the rear of the truck while maintaining a good ride with a lower rate spring, the springs will be designed for the lift I want but the I load up the bed, the air bags will connect.
Thinking on this, do you have Bump Stops in place to limit the full movement of the springs ?

Ok on the OEM Bump Stops.
When Idid the 6" Lift on the '82 Jeep, a Scrambler, I used 5" Bump Stops and Straps for too much drop.
For my new setup, I wiil have to use some too, how much not sure yet.
Have you looked into air bags at all, is the air bag idea a viable thought ?
