Yess I got my first Ranger :)
Hi all,
I just got my first Ranger last week.
It's a diesel, 2007, 4x4.
Squeaky doors, that I need to look at. And a steering wheel that has some play..
And a clutch the needs a bit of adjustment, and the stick shift needs its own manual :-)
But I love it! Anybody else has/had to do some work on their Ranger?
Cheers,
Wouter

Welcome to the forum
You have a T6 Ranger, we could never get those here in North America, not even import them, we called them The International Rangers, lol, sold every where in the World except here
Ours were 1983 thru 2011 but smaller than yours and no diesels after 1985, petrol only
We did get the full size version in 2019 but still no diesels
For any help with your T6 Ranger, Australian Ranger forums would be good, and in English, lol

Great info! Thanks :)
I read that my truck was built in Argentina by Ford Argentina, to fill in local demand for, apparently, diesel trucks.
My colleague at work has an American Ranger, +/- 2003. It's a bit smaller than my model and petrol.
It's great that it's not so computerized. Car computers, when they fail, equal head ache.
Still, things like steering column, or clutch would be the same as the American Rangers? Or did they develop a complete new car for the non-US market?

So not the T6 model
If you go here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ford_Ranger_(Americas)
Scroll down to South American production (1996–2011)
Thats as much information as I have, on the Ranger you have, lol
They were not allowed to be imported into US/Canada because of the different safety and emissions standards
