Beard Sliders or Brush Guard?
#28
I would vote for sliders, especially if you plan on running rough 4X4 trails without a lift. Sliders will offer protection and peace of mind when running rough trails. It only takes one good hit to screw up your rocker panels. If you plan on adding a body lift later, adding sliders now may not be desirable. However, you could do sliders now and a suspension lift later and not have to relocate the sliders.

Yeah if I got them they would probably be more for looks anyways due to the lack of actual places to off-road around me. The places I go aren't really serious enough to do damage to my rockers at all.

From what I understand he makes brackets for it now, so it is a bolt on. BUT if you are body lifted you still have to make your own brackets. I may be wrong about him making brackets for it, I thought the member I was talking about earlier said he was making brackets for it now though.
For the price he charges for the bumper you cant beat it, and the fact that he has and is willing to work with us(Ranger community) to offer us something no one else provides us makes me more more than happy to pimp his product to anyone interested...lol

Yeah I made mine bolt on.
then jimmyd found out I got it from him and called him and I guess he started making them from there
I think the ones he uses for rangers himself is the zj bumper he has
Mine looked like this when I got it (it's come along way haha)

Damn, that thought never crossed my mind. The backseat doors on an SUV can probably still get to your ride though because they are curved. I think I will get sliders on every truck from here on out, just to protect it from door dings!
