I'd get the toyota. I wouldn't want a Ford 351m. If it was the 351 Windsor then it'd be a close to the Totoya but for just a fun mud truck, it is hard to go wrong with a light toyota on boggers.

I wouldn't get the Yota only because they are better suited on trails. And no they do not have major frame problems. For a mud truck I would get something with a V8. You can always upgrade axles later.
