yeah just make it where you can move your seats back far enough to drive......also....dont make it too visible or you'll have everyone douchebag in town seeing what you got and getting ideas on how to borrow it!!!

what size speakers are you putting in there, i hope not 12's......the only thing i can see fitting in there are 6 1/2's or 8's at the most

im with rocky, im doing the same thing and if your putting two 12's and if you build the proper size box you will only have enough room for one person max! i know this because im doing the same thing. except i took out the jumpseats and used whatever space i could from the jumpseat folding in and the box still sticks out almost 10 inches from the plastic panel. the most you could properly fit in there is 2-8's

thats a pretty good plan.

only thing you have to worry about is that bottom 12 hitting your seat....

i'd go with 2 10's in that cab. i've got 1 12 kicker and its more than enough...but i can turn it up due to lack of airspace.

i think you'll be better off with 2 10's because of sound quality..but as far as fitting 2 12's in there like that..i'd think your gonna have a hard time.

yeah. im gunna say 10 inchers at most. one properly powered 10 will prolly do the job honostly. just make the box as big as possible and buy a decent single 10. maybe an apline type r, or something of that nature.

best of luck to ya

Obviously won't be a vented enclosure.

Is your goal to save the jump seats?

You should be able to put a single 10 or 12 in that shaped box.

You may want to have the sub firing down towards the floor, this way nobody will think you have a sub in there, maybe just a tool storage area.
Drawback is you won't get to watch it bounce to the music, plus is it won't get dirt all over it.

With the design you have drawn, both subs will have to share air space in that chamber, unless you make the box tall enough to allow for two separate chambers. Figuring the internal volume of that enclosure won't be an easy task either.

The box should be built to the specs of the specific sub you're using. If you make the box too small, it could damage the sub.

Check out the specs of the subs you're going to get & see if you will have enough room to build a proper sized enclosure first.
You can have cheap subs in a box made for them & they'll sound 100% better than expensive subs in a crappy box.

The size of the sub won't affect the sound quality as much as the proper (or improper) enclosure (not to mention what a good amplifier will do).
