What should I do to my 2004 Ford Ranger Edge 2x4 to make it look nicer/more badass.

Just got this. New to trucks and I have no experience with modifying cars, but I'm willing to work hard to learn. It's a little rusted on the wheels and under the truck. What are some things I can do?
Also is there a specific part of the forum I can go to see stuff for just this car?
Also am I able to crank the T bar in the front of this truck given that it's a 2 wheel drive not 4?

Blacked out headlights, modded (blacked out) 06+ corners, 06+ color matched mirrors, 06+ tail lights, 06+ badges, ok thats enough for now lol
Since you have an Edge trim model, yes, you can crank the torsion bars. just make sure you do an equal amount of turns on each side. one bolt will be in further than the other to begin with to compensate for added weight on the drivers side so don't be alarmed by that.

See I have no idea what 06+ is or what corners you mean. I'm very, very new so if there is anything on the forum to give me more guidance could you maybe link me or describe what I'm looking at?
How many times should I crank it? Is 3 times good enough? I know I need to get my tires aligned after.

Corners (unmodded)

Tail Lamps

Mirrors

3 turns wont do much on the torsion bars so I wouldn't bother aligning it. There's really no specific number of turns you should do because every truck is different as there are different ratings of torsion bars, each truck has different mileage, some have 3.0L some have 4.0L (weight of motor), etc.
Turn em enough to just level the front of it out and get the alignment checked before getting it done. you may not need to get it aligned
If you can't find info you're looking for by using the search function of the forum, feel free to ask questions. We've all been in your shoes at some point
You're just like me about 2 years ago. You should be able to find everything you want here with the search. Also try the "Beginners threads of interest" thread
Also, word of advice, your truck is a 4x2 because you have 4 tires but only two spin with power. A 2x4 is a piece of lumber.

All you have to do is make it look like mine, Dewey's, and Pedro's, and it'll be more bad *** than you could ever want.
But seriously, if it's rusting on the frame, get yourself some undercoating and a wire wheel.

E4 ftw!
There is a beginers thread around here somewhere. Last year I found it and now I have redone my 04 ranger inside and out. This forum is a drug for Ranger owners. I'll eventually mount my explorer overhead console!
Start out by adding rain visors, they are cheap. If you want to spend a little more money invest in some Maxis Mudder buck shot tires. I have them and they look great and are super cheap compared to some mud tires. They look great on my 4x4 ranger and I've seen them on a 4x2 edge. Also I cranked my torsion bars all the way and got about 2'' taller in the front of the truck. I had to get an alignment, just throwing that out.
