For Sale: Ford 8.8 28 spline ARB air locker CHEAP
Ford 8.8 28 spline ARB air locker CHEAP
I am selling an ARB air locker for the Ford 8.8 (28 spline) axle that I picked up a few years back and never installed. It's still in its original packaging with all of the included switches, hose, and fittings.
For those not familiar with an ARB you can check out all of the information at the link below.
ARB Air Locker Ford 8.8 Inch 28 Spline All Ratios (RD82)
The unit normally retails for about $1,100, I'm asking $700 OBO. (I'll ship it for free in the lower 48 if you pay asking) Tell your friends! Perfect tax return splurge!

Yea, I'm back after a half-decade hiatus.. haha!
So, I had every intention of putting this in the front diff of my F-150 (already have an ARB in the rear) but never got around to it (and realized I use four-wheel-drive like once a year with that truck). I'd keep it but the only 8.8 I have sitting around is a 31 spline. So it's perfect for all the folks with Ranger 8.8s (or Mustang, or F-150 fronts). Someone's going to get a screamin' deal on this thing!

The ARB is up on eBay now... starting bid is only 99cents. And the reserve is under the Buy It Now price. Now's your chance to get a heck of a deal. Spread the word!

I've threatened for a while, but...
1) It doesn't have enough power to go anywhere an ARB would be needed
and
2) I have an Explorer (well, Mountaineer) 8.8 sitting in my driveway, and this silly thing won't fit it.
Bah!
And I actually got it originally to put in the front diff of my F-150. I already have an ARB in the rear of that truck and thought 'what the heck!', then never did it. So yea... many applications! Haha
