Need Tow Hook cross member - LA

I need one of these cross members:

Need Tow Hook cross member - LA-e8lwgo.jpg

to mount my tow hooks.

I have a 03 XLT and it does not have one.

It doesn't bolt-on and good luck finding a yard willing to cut the cross member off for you. Best bet for recovery is installing a front hitch. The cross member is weak anyhow.

LOL, well thanks for the picture.

Bumper, I just bought the tow hooks. If I had a pattern, I could back one from some channel iron.

So, could someone sell me a pattern tracing made on cardboard?

I could make a template for ya, but I'd have to remove the bumper and I don't really want to do that. Just too lazy I am. lol.

From the pic you can see the x-member front face is right in line with the inner bumper mounts. You could base your custom x-member off that. I've also seen folks build a front hitch and mount the hooks directly to it.
