I would solid mount the body, even with the cab to cage tie in's your probably going to have problems.

im not too concerned about it, it has been done before with solid mounts and with factory, i talked to a guy who raced with the factory mounts and he hasnt had any problems.

update info tho...

blitz long travel is going on soon, going to run a dual rate 10" 2.5 FOX c/o and probably a 3 tube bypass up front..

Not really sure where I've been but this is the first time I'm seeing this. Nice man, and like others said, still can't believe you hacked up an '07.

ha im down for a pismo trip once the front end is done...

front end will be "modified" to say the least ha, tying in an engine cage to the cab cage, removing inner fenders and core support, mounting everything off the tubing.

a/c, heater core, washer fluid, over flow tank (new catch can will be addded) and a good amount of other stuff are all getting removed.

ordered autofab solid motor mounts today..

andy, i may bring it back to texas late next year, i may try to get stationed at Tinker AFB in OK next year, so it will be close to tx ha. i need to get the front end finished up and buy a new DD first.

Southwest has $50 tickets if you book them like a month or two in advance, but if you wait until like a week before they cost more, still not expensive tho.
