Guess its time for an update again. Got my front hitch, disc swap, and HIDs installed.
Front Hitch

Also got another sticker for the truck

Disc Swap

Glad I did the swap when I did, turned out the passenger axle seal was leaking onto the backing plate. Also changed wheel bearings, which happen to be the ones for the 7.5 even though I have the 8.8.
All Done!

Had to get a 2" spacer for the back in order to have it sit out equal to the front.

Thanks Sam, it was a Miller 210 I believe. It took a while to get good penetration with it since I couldn't prep the surface very well.
Were you using flux cored wire or solid wire with shielding gas?
If you're worried about the welds not being that great due to the surface you were welding on, you could always pick up a roll of flux core wire and run some beads.

I know that they'll hold fine. My dad got good penetration once he burned off the residue on the frame and hitch.

Thank you. My original intention was to make it a bolt on inside the frame rails and still come out the valance, but only way to do that is to go completely through both layers of the frame and remove the radiator and condenser. I'm happy with how it turned out.

Little update:
Got the exhaust done, straight pipe was getting old

Went with a Flowmaster Delta 50 2.5" Single in- Dual out with 4" tips from work. Its an overall mellow sound and has a perfect idle.
Also got a picture next to a friend at work

He now wants to lift his jeep because its tiny compared to me.
