Well let's just say the couple weeks for the 9.25 turned into a month. Guy was slow at doing it, but get it set perfect and only ran me $200 in labor.

Also bought Ryan's M5odr1 he was going to use for his swap and decided not to along with the BW1354M that came bolted to it. The transmission isn't really needed since it's for a 4.0, so I'll let it sit and use the BW1354M behind my 3.0 M5odr1. So now I'll be running twin sticks.

Also got the Dodge 60" springs rearched to ranger spec and got everything all prepped, primed and painted today. But I didn't get to the drive shaft (ran out of paint).

Already swapped extension housings on the transmissions, so once I get it cleaned up a little better, I can paint the manual case and extension housing to match the transmission.

Disc brake kit for the 9.25 will be here Monday, so next time I have a day to work on it, I'll be able to get the discs on it.

No use spending money on new rims when you can get a good set of adapters for a hundred bucks.

Looking good, Mr. Dewey! Personally, I would paint the adapters and rotors (except the brake surface of course). Or is this just a dry fit before final paint and assembly?

I may paint the hats of the rotors, but at this point, I'm just happy it's together.

I'm sure you are looking forward to having it completed! Lots of work (and money) in a project like this. Will be worth it, though!

Lol. I noticed those too.

Just out of curiosity, what's the standard bolt pattern for that axle, 5x5.5?

It is 5x5.5. Whenever these tires are done for, I'll sell the rims and get some 20x12s for the 5x5.5 so I can run some 37x13.50s on them. Just don't feel like spending the extra money right now.

I love it when parts show up I'm not expecting!

It's a CAD delete inner axle shaft to get rid of the terrible vacuum disconnect garbage that dodge put on these axles. Best part is, it's a chromoly shaft, not that I will probably ever shear a shaft in these new axles.

Just got a new job with better pay. Got a kid on the way too, so I need to get this stuff done before April. Just bought the yota box today and still need to buy the front springs and about $400 of RuffStuff parts
