haha no i had like 5 doctor appts this week copay each time was like 15..

i think im going to be able to make the the weld in part that slides into the DOM at work so that will hopefully save me some money cuz i know of some stainless soild stock we have that i can turn on the lathe just gotta make the cnc program for it

There apears to already be a weld in tube adapter on that joint?

right but i gotta get 15 more i just ordered one so i can see what im working with -- so i can start to figure out a list of metal to order and bolts to get

didnt get much work done today on the truck not done cleaning up the frame rails yet but getting close working in 95+ temperatures with long sleeves, hat, face shield, and gloves SUCK but im getting there had my grinder break so i bought a new dewalt one

metal will be here tuesday for the fuel cell to make the holder for that in the frame rails

you whimp! when its hot i grind in shorts, sandals, t-shirt and safety glasses. forget all that other junk.

try welding in sandals now that is fun

^^ comming from a guy who just welded my whole truck with no gloves and barely wore a shield. a full face shield would be nice tho for grinding. i hot hit so many times with sparks and hot metal. but if you dont have one... o well. and my stomach is all burnt from holding things upside down while zach welds

haah oh ive been there and done that it SUCKS -- big time ive got like 2 brackets left then im done with the ifs crap

ordered the tires last night they are coming from GA so should be here next week along with the axle i think i figured out the wheels but i wanna get some cheap nasty steel or alum roll around wheels that i can use for mock up so i dont get the nice chromies nasty but i cant find any no luck ive searched everywhere..

well i have started to get some goods in -- got like three more coming but this is what i got today

pallet weighed like 1000 pounds aka a ***** to unload without a forklift we tore it apart and rolled em out

I am 5'10
46x17r20 XML tires they are still at my buddies shop im waiting for the D60 to come in -- then ill take it all home im going to order my wheels next week i just need to figure out the backspacing 100% but then i can have rolling axles

I like those 46's...I eventually want to get mine up on some big meats...maybe your the right person to talk to :)

I'd like to see mine on 40's. Then I can still DD it and tow and hit the mud every once and a while...along with that will be a 4.0 and manual/manual tcase convo.

If your up to it after your project I may need some help with mine. if money is all it takes...i got plenty :)

Chris- im getting a two piece beadlock from stazwork 20x12 or 20x14 havent figured out yet and i think about a 4" backspace

Dude, I really cannot wait to see this truck finished... I like your style, we have about the same taste except it looks like you have more cabbage than me! lol I like big wheels and alot of tire... My dream would to have my truck the same way as yours before the SAS with the RCD, bl, 20's and 37s... Absolutely insane man, cnat wait to see it!
