Race car parts=race car noises/vibrations.. I wouldnt want to DD it but still rides a hell of a lot nicer than most solid axle rigs. Where in canada are you?

Lol funny when people get in and expect a rolls royce quality ride. Does ride nice when going fast though

My bent drive shaft doesnt help either

Hydro bumps make all my noise up front and the fricken bypasses in the rear are noisy as all hell

yeah it can get anoying if you're bangn off the bumps a lot. That and the poly bushings squeek'n from time to time.

Finally time to re-gear so time for a built 9".. Also ordered new 2.5x8" radflo coilovers with external compression adjusters. Wont see those for two weeks though.

Anyway heres my new 100% yukon gear 3rd i picked up with 4.56 gears and billet locker

I'm not too familiar with your model year....so forgive me. Is the speedo controlled by the VSS signal in the rear differential? If so what are your plans?

Speedo is read off the tranny. I lose abs but thats a good thing.

Did you pick that up locally? Looks good! How will the width match up front to rear with that 9? Do you plan to make the width custom? It may line right up with the wide front though.

The axle i have is 67.5 wms. Dead on with the front :) i am ordering currie axles tomorow with ranger bolt pattern. I probably have to swap to 6" glass like the front but ill wait till everything mechanical is finished. Also custom 4340 cv adapters and swayaway shafts are almost finished

nice! those new radflows sound interesting, with the compression adjusters. Have to keep us posted on what you think of them.

would it not have been cheaper to just remount the shocks in the cage? seems expensive for such a tiny change.

hes selling his 10" 2.5 radflos as they are too long, and putting in 2.5x8's. considering they are like $600+ shocks, im thinking a remount would have been easier/cheaper.

No, changing the hoops is way too much effort. Im going down to King of the hammers in feb and there are too many other things to do in such little time
