Glad I could help you out bro! I was happy as hell when I found them too.

I ordered everything I needed from Ballistic today
including my 4140 Chromoly Joints, shock tabs for the arms, tube adapters, jam nuts, Poly bushing w/ DOM sleeve (3" overall length), etc, etc. Cant wait to start

Not much to update. All my steel is cut and ready to begin welding as soon as my parts from Ballistic get here. I decided I AM going to bend these arms to completely eliminate once and for all the tire rubbing problem most people have when building the straight extended rad. arms. Im being a guineau pig for y'all so keep a close eye on the build! Still need to order my F250 shock mounts, shocks, and stainless steel braided brake hoses.

The brake hoses and shocks are actually from a Jeep. The shocks Im using are Rough Country N2.0 shocks for a 4" lifted Wranger YJ (all for will be for the rear of the Jeep as I need an eye top and bottom) and the Brake hoses are from a Jeep Cherokee XJ.

Oh, and I finished my transmission mount today.

Baha, they're actually fairly cheap. Like $45/pc. cheap. My cost on the shocks are $27.00 each :D

Got my arms bent today! :yahoo: They ended up needing an 18 degree bend in them.

I've called dozens of places in the surrounding areas of Lycoming County and there is only ONE place that can bend 2" square tubing. Luckily they are 10 minutes from my door. Oh, and they bent them for free! Great to have contacts. I'll get some photos up after work.

Thanks 87!

Not much of an update, but I got my u-bolts today. I bumped the size of them up to 5/8" rod. Also got my bolts for the lift as mine didnt have any with it (used). Got Grade 8 Flanged bolts and flanged steel lock nuts. I love working at a suspension shop lol.

^ Thank you very much!

And I know what y'all are thinking "why doesnt he just SAS it and be done w/ it?" Well the answer is, I've done the SAS thing before, and yes, it is fun but I want to try something different now. I want to see how far I can actually go with the TTB. A little experimenting and tweaking to get my desired outcome. I havent seen many good TTB builds so I thought, "now's the time".

New sway bar links. Picked these up on CL for $30 delivered.:

Thank you sir! I thought I'd be a black sheep here and do one. It's been floating around in my head for awhile now.

There's only a 3" BL and a leveling kit on it right now. The plan is 3" BL and a 4" Long Travel suspension lift.

Shopped around for a single piece rear driveshaft today.

One place not 10 miles from me wanted $175 PLUS I had to go pick it up. Called another place in Liberty, Pa ( 2+ hours away ) and they delivered me the driveshaft. Total cost for it and the delivery was $35.00 lol

More goodies in the mail. True 1 ton T.R.E's and stainless steel braided brake hoses. The hoses come with relocation brackets that can either be bolted or welded on, which makes them extremely universal!

Yea buddy! Progress!!! I also changed the lower shock mount from the stud mount to a through bolt. I think it's stonger. Also welded a 1/4" thick washer for reinforcement on the ballistic joint mount. Had to modify the bracket to accept the 2-5/8" joints as the dipshits didnt send me the right ones ( I ordered the 2-3/8" wide ones. )

Got the crossmember finished tonight minus a 1/2" clearance window for the driveshaft when it flexes. Will also knock down the sharp edges on the frame mounts and round of the 90 degree edge on the crossmember mounts.
