Best swap?

I was hoping i could get some ideas for a cheap but reliable swap to push even the slightest bit of boost its a 94 xlt and the motor is beginning to give. Thanks guys.

What engine, 1994 had 3 options, 2.3l Lima, 3.0l Vulcan, 4.0l OHV ?

Also check at Mustang Forums, Mustang Fox body, 1979-1993 used the same 2.3l Lima engines, in N/A and turbo'ed, and they are a bit more focused on power upgrades

you could see if you could get a ecoboost crate engine kit from ford performence, small engine, efficient, and powerful
