Bo​​​​ught a sweet looking 2005 ranger with low miles (~60k) about a week ago. It seemed to run fine until I tried to push it past 90 mph. What happens is that the acceleration starts cutting out for a couple seconds at a time. So it feels jerky with the engine seemingly stuttering. I know this is an old truck but it should be able to go faster than that right? Could it be a tuning issue? Anything to try?
