buddy has a 91 yota. he decided to do a SAS on it. trailgear offers an entire kit minus the axle. lucky toyota b@stards. anyways it had no instructions. just boxes full of parts. haha

started Saturday at 9am and finished sunday night at 10pm

I have an 83, only problem with them is the stupid birfield joints in the front, maybe someday i'll be able to get the un breakables from all pro, love the 90s yotas tho, and your truck looks pretty sweet beside it

 

awe man i just sold my 92 toyota this week to get my ranger. i was gonna do a solid axle swap on it and i even had the axle but i had to sell because i got 8-9 mpg. im gonna miss the yota but i have a feeling i will like the ranger just as much. lol

 

i would love to find an old yota like that and do a similar swap

 

its actually a pretty straight forward swap. lol i wish it was as easy and cheap to swap a solid axle in a ranger haha
