95' 2.3 New Header-Back Exhaust setup, opinions please

Hello,

I bought a used 95' Ranger 2.3L about 6 months ago, has about 190k Miles.

The Truck is from Minnesota so alot of the underneath has succumbed to Rust due to the Winter Time Salt on the Roads, All Four Leaf Spring Frame mounts had to be changed, just did the 2 Fronts myself a week ago. Now it appears the Entire Exhaust System is falling apart due to Rust.

I've done a lot of price checking on the web for an Entire Header-Back Exhaust System. I've narrowed it down to buying a Direct-Fit Cat. Converter plus a Cat-Back Exhaust Kit.

Your opinions on my 2 choices listed below please;

The Converter: Direct Fit Catalytic Converter by Maremont not for Sale in California 652023 | eBay

The Cat-Back System: Walker Exhaust Exhaust System Super Turbo Cat Back Steel Ford Ranger 2 3 3 0 | eBay

FYI Wheelbase of my Ranger is 108"

I was hoping to get the entire exhaust system for around $200-$250, but those converters are so expensive. That 130$ Maremont Converter is by far the cheapest Direct-Fit I could find.

Your Opinions Please, Thanks
