So I got new injectors but after I installed them the truck will not start I have every thing plugged in correctly but it seams that it is not getting fuel

"Will not start" covers a bit of ground

When you turn the key does the starter motor work and crank/turn over the engine?

Since you say it's not getting fuel I will assume starter motor is working.

Fuel pump should run for 2 seconds each time key is turned on, and ONLY 2 seconds, listen for it.
Turn key on and off as much as needed to confirm you hear it running or confirm you don't
Fuel pump does NOT run full time until engine RPMs are above 400, so AFTER startup

On the fuel rail is a test port, looks like a tires air valve because that is what it is, a Schrader Valve
Works the same as tire air valve, press center pin and gasoline should squire out if fuel pump is working

The ICU(ignition control module) is on the front side of lower intake, this controls spark but.................it also sends timing plus to the engine computer so it can time fuel injectors, no timing plus = no fuel injectors
Make sure its plugged in well
