I just got new wheels and tires for the truck and now it def needs to get lowered and I was wondering how hard and how long it usually takes to flip the rear leafs and is there any other parts needed to do the job?

if the truck aint too rusted up, you can do an axle flip in an hour....

there is a bracket that fits into the spring perch and under the axle tube. locates the axle above the spring.

The axle flip brackets can be bought from DJM Suspension. You may find a pair on ebay. What are you planning on doing to lower the front? If all you're trying to do is lower the rear just a bit, I'd suggest a shackle flip. Thats fast and the only cost is for the eight bolts for the mounts. If you do an axle flip, you will need to buy drop beams or you'll be ridin cali style..

Whats so funny?

Cali style is people whos truck are on airbags usually they air the front up all the way and leave the back very low handles better this way and they can turn without messing up the front fenders.
