So i just replaced my upper ball joints about a month ago and looked under my truck yesterday and the passenger side joint casing is already busted? what can cause this and also i have been hearing a slight rattle on that same side. Any ideas??

 

i would replace both ball joints at the same time since the lower can effect the upper. Also if you didn't put the rubber grommet on right it could have caused it .
