Can i get lift spindles on stock rims? help

i have a 2009 ford ranger 4.0 2x4 supercab, can you get 3'' lift spindles to fit stock 15''x7'' rims without wheel spacers? fabtech spindles require 3-3/4'' backspacing and i have a 4.5'' backspace, will doetsch spindles work? they are not listed for 2009? or to use fabtech which wheelspacer do i use? thanks for anyone that helps, ian

Get the fabtech, get new rims, and don't use spacers. Then you'll be good.

You can use the Doetsch spindles with stock wheels.

i think the stock wheels can only be used on the <2004 (?) trucks with the smaller brakes...when we spindled gregs green truck i took it for an alignment with the stock wheels
