Generation question

what is the difference between a 2003 2wd suspension and a 2009 2wd suspension. There is a guy selling a lowering kit for a 2003 and im wondering if it will fit my 2009. Thanks for any help in advance....

Should be the same. Majority of 2wd 98+ rangers were coil spring ifs.

There are 2wd trucks out there mostly the edges and sports that got the torsion bars.

But if he has a kit Id say you are good to go since Ive never heard of a torsion bar drop kit for rangers.

that's what I was thinking. I have coil sprigs up front. I spoke with Belltech and they said they couldn't guarantee fitment... weird. he only wants $200 for the whole kit which seems like a steal. 3" front and rear drop with shocks...

Dont see why it wouldnt work. The belltech kit i think is just drop springs. Dont know what they use for the rear though
