There haven't been any changes to the suspension, so it'll work just fine. The superlift knuckles are even designed to accept the 01-03 and the 03+ brake rotors (unlike the RCD). The sway bar links suck because of why Zach elaborated, and because at the top end there are two washers and a small spacer that are supposed to go around the sway bar, but the spacer is too big so the washers rattle around a lot and it gets really annoying really fast.
