the start of my sas
Oh one more question... Why didnt you just get a rear D44 out of a Rodeo or a Wagoneer to match the front bolt pattern... 97 and below Rangers have the speed sensor in the tranny, so you dont HAVE to have a 8.8 under there... just wondering...
But it should be killer when its done! I will be following this thread closely!

ill look into the rear, sounds like a good idea. right now id either have to have the shafts drilled, or buy new drilled ones. but ive got a few miles to burn before ill have to rotate.

Yeah, the speed sensor was only in the rearend from 98-2000 I believe... I know it wasnt in 97 and below for sure... i know they changed around 2000 not sure of exact year... rwenzig should know...
im gonna be running a 36 probably, on the 17 that gives a lil bit of rubber between the wheel and ground. I probbaly wont be doing to much crwaling to need to air down, just maybe a lil bit of crawling/flexing at work. i really like the first ones because they will go with the two tone ill be finishing soon. id go with the 3rd ones if i wasnt going to be wheel it at all. just to pretty to be messing up.
yea, only had enough for one, ill be ordering my next one at the end of the month. i get paid, and my comissions check too. and ill also be ordering my tubing for steering probably.
