Wobble when letting off gas

For the last day or 2 when I let off the gas when doing 70-80kph the truck wobbles. It does it some when accelerating but not as noticeable.

It is not in the steering wheel, and not like a shudder it just wobbles like someone was pushing on the side of it.

Any ideas what might be going on?

Sounds like a bad u-joint to make. Roll under the truck and see if there is any rotational play in the driveshaft.

either that or a bad wheel bearing/hub. I've just found my driver's side wheel bearing is shot. I had the truck jacked up and was changing out my front sway bar bushings, and noticed the tire/rim had alot of play in it. There goes another 277$ fawkin dollars. grrrrrrrr

I just had the ball joints replaced last week (one of them twice as it went out in 4 days) and one of the hubs because was only $70 more than the ABS sensor that was gone.

I don't want to take it back to the shop again this soon.

I'm with ya man...I hate..and I mean hate having to do the wheel hubs. I've got 4 wheel abs on my truck and the hubs are $277 bucks a PIECE...and not to mention the STUPID AZZ snapring that's inside the wheel bearing that retains the cv axle inside the knuckle. But I'd jack the truck up and check the wheels. If they have play in them, you'll know what you've got then

Did the wobble start after you went to the shop or has it been there for a while?

I just got this fixed yesterday and it was a loose U bolt on the passenger side. They tightened it up and all is fine now.
