Need your opinion on this BFG A/T

I can get a used set of BFG All Terrains for $35 a piece. They are 31x75x15. I would put them on my truck with a 3" body lift. How would that look? How wide is that tire? He said it was 15 inches and if that is the case I don't want them.

Here is the pic he sent me, I am just getting the tire. I don't want the rims. They are 5 on 5.5

31x75x15 isnt a tire size. My guess is they are 285/75/15's. They look pretty bald, ask for more pictures and ask about the thread depth.

Ya, he is going to send me more pics and stuff. They are at his parents house in the hay loft. They are about a year old. They have been used for like 6 months.

That is a cheap price. I am running 31x10.50x15's. Nice size tire without being too big, no clearence issues on my 99 4x4. Mine are supposed to be 10.50 wide. The 31x75x15 size seems like a mixmatch of truck sizes and metric sizes. I think the size should be either the same as mine or have 3 digits in the first number like 305/75/15 or 31x7.5x15(7.5wide).

So, would it look funny with a 3 in body lift?

those tires look like garbage. no tread, and if they have been sitting in a hay loft, id bet they have lots of cracks.. you might end up spending more money fixing leaks

He said they have been up there for 2 months, he says it has about 3/4 of its tread left.

I would have him clarify the size issue and send you some close ups of the tread unless you are close enough to just go check em out. I'm not sure but they might be too big for the front of a 2wd without a lift

I am not getting the steel wheels that they are on. They are 5 on 5.5 and don't like them anyways. He is going to put his finger in the tread for me and take a pic. I plan on 3 inch body for my truck and tuck those tires in.

31's on a BL'd xlt would look about the same as a edge on 32's. Would look good. but make sure the tread is decent on them.
