You got take it out the truck...thats a given, and then;
Using a can of MAF sensor cleaner which you can get for $6 to $10 at an auto supply store, spray that wire set inside clean. Don't touch it with the spray nozzle straw though. Squirt/spray it about ten times in short bursts. Then let the sensor air dry clean on a shop rag. Give it about twenty minutes or so to dry.
