could it be your caliper pistons (when not pushed) are slightly recessed into the caliper allowing the pad to wiggle and clunk? brake pads are hella dense and that much mass hitting a spinning rotor every now and then would be very noticeable. makes sense to that you slightly touch the pedal and its gone...Ive seen it happen where caliper pistons dont hold when pedal is depressed

Ok I found the cause. If I grab the back side of the caliper I can wiggle it. The sliders are tight and the brackets are more than tight. I think rangerrunner11 is right not sure tho let me know what you think. Also a lot more noticeable with the mud terrains I put stock tires and wheels on and I could only hear it but it wasn't as noticeable but still there. I think the MT is wiggling the crap out of it.

no, your calipers should never wiggle lol
if the caliper and bracket are both tight then the only remaining option is to bleed the **** out of your brakes.
Theory being: air is down in the line, close to the caliper and when you let off the brakes the pistons in the caliper retract allowing for a little freeplay, get the air out, stiffen up the pistons response and maybe thatll fix it.
kinda sounds like time for new calipers
