93 ranger 3.0 water leaking out. replaced water pump, hoses good , when I went to add water to start up and check for leaks, water was fast dripping out. looked like timing cover, but not sure. engine wasn't even running? any info would be helpful. maybe timing cover?

 

I think the 3.0l has an elbow at the front of the engine that would rust out and leak.

NO elbow found. this truck was a basic service model with no stereo or speakers, etc
