That makes no sense.

Spark plugs have nothing to do with the fuel pump, and there is no distributor on a 99 3.0

How do you know it has spark? How do you know it has fuel? I would do the 50-50 test. Get some starting fluid and give it a try. If it tries to run, you’re not getting any gas. And you know you have spark. If nothing happens most likely you don’t have spark

OK well now you know it’s not getting fuel. When you turn the key on, can you hear the fuel pump run for a couple seconds? I believe here on the forum you could find out how to check what the fuel pressure should be. I’ll look around myself and see if I can find info

i hear the pump prime and it dose have fuel pressure, i turned it on with starter fluid and let it run for like 30 mins no issues . I turned it off for like 30 seconds and tried to start it turned on no problem without any starter fluid . if i leave it sit to long it would need to start up with starter fluid but it wont die it starts up and runs fine

Take a little bit of that brake cleaner and spray it around the vacuum hoses if the engine starts to rise, you are close to the leak?
