Fuel Pump for 95 Ranger 3.0
Motorcraft(Ford) brand is the only one that would be recommended, but very expensive
3rd party are OK to use, but hold on to the warranty as some people have to replace new one a few times to get one that lasts past the warranty
Not that they are "bad" just that they don't test them after assembly, i.e. Quality Control, because that is very expensive now-a-days, labor to test costs more than the part itself, lol
So they make a profit selling at the lower price even if they have to warranty exchange 20-25%
This is common for 3rd party parts and we save money, so great for many parts
But for a fuel pump, that is not easy to swap, and can strand you, you have to weigh cost vs your labor and convenience
Ford and GM parts have Quality Control because they can't afford to put untested parts in new vehicles, and they also now require Proof of source, i.e. no child labor and no materials were used from certain countries, lol, which all adds to the price of the part
Lastly you can just change the fuel pump and not the whole assembly unless the gas gauge was also giving you a problem
