Miss?

Okay.. my truck has been doing this a while now.. but SOMETIMES when i get on it.. and hit 4500rpm or so (sometimes 5) my truck misses? or acts like the rev limiter is right there.. I just replaced plugs.. and fuel filter. I'm thinking its coil pack or MAF.
Has anyone else had this issue.. here is a video.
listen to 1st gear.. and again in 3rd.

Try replacing plug wires. What brand of plug did you use?

If you have never changed the plug wires, change them!! Has it thrown a CEL?

Big mistake on the Bosch plugs!!! You should have used Motorcraft double platinums, or fine-wire platinums. Replace the plug wires, and put in a set of Motorcraft plugs, and it will be fine!!

Bosch plugs do not run well at all with Ford's EDIS!!!

Check out these threads, and then decide about Bosch plugs:

yeah, domestic vehicles just don't seem to do to well with bosch. I couldn't get motorcraft plugs around here so I went with autolites and they worked great for me.

autolites or motorcraft.

Get some new plugs and your truck should run good as new. I don't think your coil pack is the problem.
