new plugs story.

I replace the plugs in my 06 3.0L with 127 000 km on it.
on the Driver side bank the diodes had burned right off so all that was left was a round nub.
I was like wow these did not last very long. So i replaced all 6 and all the wires.
The truck was alot faster a full 3 second gain 20-100 Km/h plus better fuel economy like wayy better. I was like **** yeah!!!!!
but after a few days the power went away and the fuel is terrible again. so i pulled the plugs and the seem to be okay but they have white on them!!! which i know is a bad thing.
anyone else run into this?
anyone else wanna pull there plugs and see if one side is way worse than other ?
i thought my truck was running just fine till i swapped the plugs now i know somethings not right.
