You haven't been here long enough to understand Bob. Well I still don't understand him. He talks crap on aftermarket parts yet he runs them on his truck and he goes to Sema. I don't get it.

Ive heard claims on here of 20 MpG with 35 inch tires, and 4.56 or 4.88 gearing.

I dont understand that myself. I get about 18 if I drive very conservatively on the freeway. less if its all in town. I sometimes question how some of these guys calculate gas mileage.

23 for your 3.0 sounds about right to me!

i have not one clue what my 3.0 mileage is getting ive got 33's and 4.56's and i imagine my around town mileage is pretty high and i think my baja claws effect my mileage due to the tread being so aggressive just hope the x-cal 3 gives me a little extra power

I don't have a warranty to worry about anyway. My average the last 7 tanks is 15.6, this winter gas kills it. I should gain a couple back when I change plugs and run some PM-3 through it. Every little bit helps

I gotta get a programmer and plug one of my tires. It's losing air constantly. It'll all come with my lift and new shocks this summer. :D

sorry that its taken me so long to get this to you guys. I ended up doing 6 long trips all 266 miles both ways. So 3 trips with my current setup and 3 with just the pullies and the cai tube with the box reinstalled.

Current setup I averaged 23.76 mostly highway with some mixed in city driving, I also had a little load in the back a ford 9' rear end and cruised at 80mph 107 miles

Stock airbox setup I averaged 21.7 same conditions as stated above to make it fair I also cruised at 80mph for the same 107 miles and had the 9' rear in the bed as well.

I can not run the cai as is because me having a 04 with the stupid molded in MAF. I have the Rouge Adapter which is bigger and the truck wont run without the tunes
