I took my ranger in to ford before the warranty ended and the transmission has this jerking issue when going 25+ mph but stops after 45 mph or hi-way driving.

They told me it was my Spark Plugs, because it does not have a engine cover so the splash of the water got in it. $150 for parts and labor because Diagnostic was free for that price. Then they test drove and it help a bit but still the issue going on. So they keep the truck and told me it was like the Torque Converter. I didn't get a copy of that since it was under warranty so they supposedly was fixed.
Week later it happening again. So now i am going to take it back and see what else they are going to do. Hoping to get another transmission since i can see what gear its on it happening when its on 7th and 8th gear.

 

Took it back again and finally they got something right, the ball bearing had to be replaced. Now its shifting correct.
