WRECKED my f*$&!n truck. now what?
well i was drivin my truck down one of the roads here in town just mindin my own business and BAM!! i started spinning out of control and thought it was going to roll cause i lack swaybars. i end up being in the middle of both lanes traffic has to creep up the sidewalk to get around me. i tried to move her out of both lanes but then i look down the street and see what???? my f*ckin driveshaft rolling down the road!!! turns out some stupid b!%ch turned too early into my lane to get to a school and hit my bedside before the wheel and my forward momentum kept....well....um going and that in turn pulled my damn axle rearward, bent the leafs and my drivers side wheel ended up being pushed under the back bumper almost. so now my axle is almost paralell to the truck.what was the damage you ask?? drivers side rocker panel(they missed the little door) whole bed side, tailgate wrinkled, bent leafs as well as shackles and mounts, the factory lift blocks hit my shocks which bent those in half, who the hell knows if the axle is fine? and the bed now sits about an inch away from the body on the passenger side and about five inches away from it on the drivers side, plus my driveshaft was pulled from the yoke and the sh!tty aluminum tabs broke which shattered two of the heads off my u-joint,plus maybe frame damage! so my question is, if they total it out. did ford ever make a two wheel drive 4.0? if so i will keep my samurai for the winter and build a bad@$$ two wheel drive pre-run truck.sorry for the long post, and to think i just put new 32x11.50x15 tires on it with new series 97 black rockcrawler wheels on her!

Really sorry to hear about you wrecking your truck. What's worse is that someone else did it TO you. However, if you end up having to part stuff out, I'll take the whole front end. IE, Grille, Lights, etc. Sorry. That's horrible.

ya i would put pics but the only ones i got is on my phone. and i dont know how. but ya if someone would tell me how then i would do it from my phone or i could send a pic message to someone and they could post if thats what anyone wants?

oh and get this ****. my insurance company wants to raise my freakin rates even though its not my fault!! but ya if the trucks damage amounts to 75% of the vehicles worth they will total it. but ya i would part it out if they let me keep it. or i could cut the frame from the rearend back and start fresh....anyone smell a race truck???
