Wrecked My Truck!!!

Hey Guys, its me Matt, and I wrecked my 2000 Ford Ranger XLT today. I was going around a corner and I lost all control, and I swerved and missed a car and went on an enbankment. This Sucks. No body damage though, but I messed up my rear axle. Anyone know where I can get good cheap parts to fix my rear axle, whole break system, and an 16" stock Ranger wheel? Thank You guys, and I hope to get the beast running soon.

THANKS,
Matt

No, I currently do not have pics. I dropped it off at my local garage to get an estimate on how much it will cost to replace all this crap, and I dodn't really have time to take pics since I had to go with the police.

Picture this: Back Drivers tire ripped off, the brake caliper, and brake disc were lying on the ground, my axle was torn half-way off, as the passenger side tire was stuck in the wheel well. The wheel was cracked in half, but NO BODY DAMAGE!!! The truck was stuck on the guardrail. The bed was higher on one side than the other, as the bed completely shifted. This really sucks, and now I will probably have to pay a crap load on parts to fix it. If anyones knows a great website, or any place to get cheap parts, please tell me. THANK YOU ALL for your caring for me, and I hope I get the beast back on the road in a week.

Thanks for the replys everyone. I am still awaiting my estimate on how much to pay to fix it. I still go to school, and I have to work, but I still can't rent a car. So I have no means of transportation. This really sucks. Hope to get it fixed soon. Just glad the truck isn't totaled. I just hope for a Whole new brake setup, rear axle, new 16" Wheel, and all other necessary harware is under $800

If the axle was almost ripped off and one side of the bed it higher then the other then im thinking there is frame damage...... It may not be totaled but I would bet it has a bent frame.

Sorry for the problems, maby you could use a friends car or a family members?

I somewhat know how you feel, i put mine in to the side enbankment at about 15-20 mph. Going around a corner to a side road and while turning the rear wheels got into some gravel which slid the rear end around alittle caught some clean pavment and lunched me up the hill. I shoved the tire up into the fenderwell so far that one of the little bolts that hangs down took a chunk of the tread off the tire and also had grass stuck in between the bumber and fog light valance. Thank goodness for bump stops. Thought i was going to roll the truck but i didnt.
