When I had that problem when I had my acura legend, when I wired that, I wrapped the RCA's in Foil. The problem decreased, but didn't completely go away. it made a big difference though. Try it
Make sure your RCA's and Power cable are as far apart from each other whenever possible. Thats the big thing

if your rcas are any where by each other make sure they cross at a 90 degree angle and it should eliminate your rcas from picking up that power signals, or your rcas are bad and your amp is bad. Goto best buy and pick up a ground loop isolator should solve your problem if the other two didnt
