Which Subs??

I had planned on getting the Infinity 12" subs, but then my buddy said something about the Power Acoustic 10s that he had. He said the company was bought out by insignia, but that the 10s would thump way harder than the 12s. He said the 10s were 2000 watts but the 12s are only 800....so which ones would be better??

I no this aint 10s or 12s, but i have 2 15s in my ranger and they hit real good. Personally, i like 10s better than 12s.

I have had 12's in an 85 mustang and two 10s in a focus. Granted different enviroments, Buuutt, The 12s hit really low on bas but the two 10s Hit harder, I like infinity brand subs they tend to go deeper. Also look at other specs on a sub its lowest frequency it can produce, SPL the higher the better, Excursion is always is good thing to look at, My infinity Kappa Perfects have a 3" thick magnet on them.

Its all in sound prefrence. Box size and type out of the four common types play a big roll, I prefer sealed, Ported would be second bandpass last.
