Does anyone know the make and model of the transfer case fitted to the 2019 Ranger. Tried a few transmission shops and they don’t know! I need the part number for the input shaft, female splined.

 

Seems to be hidden away as far as who makes it for Ford

Part number for whole unit in Rangers is KB3Z-7A195-A or KB3P-7A195-AC

Can't even find an internal parts diagram

Ford shop may have a diagram but it is most likely listed as "no serviceable parts" so shops swap the whole unit out, no trying to repair internal parts

 

Try contacting Zumbrota a part of Randy's Worldwide. I think they are in Minnesota. They sell all kinds of drivetrain parts including transfer cases. They also sell re-manufactured transfer cases. If they don't have your part, I doubt it anyone would. I mostly deal with Craig on parts there.

I did a quick search online and they show no re-manufactured transfer case for a 2019 Ranger. They may not carry any parts for them yet. Could be worth a call though.
