ok so as some of you know i flipped my truck so i am goiung to be doing some work on it. i took the truck to a shop and they said i needed ball joints seals , steering stablizers and a bunch of front end parts.

i also need to re gear the truck (front and back) and would like to do lockers or some kind of posy..... sooo i am considering an axle swap with a solid axle front, that could come with gears lockers or something like posy and i would not be spending money and staying stock.

so my question beeing what axles can i go with for front and then for back, and is there any company that will sell a finished axle with gears and the whole thing and what is a do-able switch

yes and i was looking at zabeards web page with his parts list and he basicly peaced everything together and i dont know how he would know about or how i would find about what fits my truck ..,he went with a D30 from an XJ is that stronger than my D35 that needs to be replaced .. is that a good swap .. waht eles is there??

 

30 is weaker than a 35 best bet would be a 44


unless you want to spend an assload of money keep your ttb.

 

is there any how to sites on how to do a swap to that axle ... any ideas on were to get parts and the axle itself
