Get the leaf spring perches from Ballistic Fabrication or RuffStuffSpecalties.

Get the leaf spring perches off of a 80-96 F150 (they have the same 3.25 axle tube).

It really isnt that hard to navigate the website so Im not going to waste my time to post the link.

Well since I'm on my phone and it's a pain in the ***.... And I'm guessing that the shock mounts I can get from a 93-97 Ranger on broncograveyard?

Also, just search. Expo swaps are one of the most common axle upgrades talked about on the site. Search button is your friend.

No new master or prop valve is needed in 4whl ABS models.

It's all controlled electronically. And proven time and time again no mods are needed in those departments on 01+ trucks.

My phone doesn't like to cooperate with the search feature. So no brake booster is needed now? Alright.

No brake booster was EVER needed. It was the Master Cyl. that I thought you needed.

Swapping to the new master cylinder removes the abs pump from doing extra duty. The internal prop valve of the explorer master cylinder with disk brakes is different. It working or not thanks to a second pump doesn't fix the original problem. The internal bore size of the explorer pump is larger...

Okay, well I may go back down there because they had a few 01+ trucks at Harry's, or I can go locally... What exactly am I getting? The little thing with the fluid reservoir on it? Or the big black round thing mounted on the firewall?

The black round thing is the brake booster the thing with the fluid res and lines on it is the master cylinder. Pull it off of a disk brake explorer not another ranger.

Seeing as I will be doing this swap soon too, all we need is the reservoir from a disk brake Expo, correct?

Why use a used master cyl?!?!???

That's straight up stupidity there IMO.

Really? 'Cause I just looked 'em up via RockAuto...

Explorer : 1 1/16" bore size
Ranger : 1 1/16" bore size

In fact, Raybestos # MC390398 interchanges for both models.

If you were after more pedal force and a bigger bore, dropping in a 92-97 F-250 master (1 1/4") would do the trick. Something I've got on mine.

Anybody have actual parts suggestions? Because my research and experience doing this swap a number of times always comes up empty handed with what ya'll are suggesting...

Do ya'll suggest adding an Explorer 4x4 ABS pump to the Ranger? If so, I've never read of one person actually doing so...
